At Axys Travel DMC, we are committed to responsible tourism and to minimizing the negative impact of our operations on the environment, society, and local cultures. As a Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Malaysia, we recognize our role in promoting sustainable practices across the supply chain and among travelers.

Implementation
To ensure the effectiveness of this policy:

We prefer to work with accommodations and suppliers that demonstrate sustainable practices.

We avoid excursions involving captive wildlife or unethical community interactions.

We inform our clients of responsible travel practices through itineraries, travel documents, and direct communication.

We encourage the use of local restaurants, shops, and community-based tourism experiences.

We review complaints and feedback to improve our sustainability performance.
Internal Communication
All Axys Travel DMC staff members are informed of this policy and its implications for their role. The policy is communicated through internal briefings, email communication, and is accessible at all times on our corporate website.

Sustainability is an ongoing process. We are committed to reviewing and updating our policy regularly, adapting to new standards, and collaborating with partners who share our values.

2025 SUSTAINABLE INTERNAL YEAR END REVIEW
Objectives
1- Carbon Footprint: Reduced to a minimum all the motorized activities.
ACTION PLAN: We have updated all our Travel itineraries for 2026.
Most of our city tours now in Singapore, Malacca, Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Penang, Kuching e Kota Kinabalu are now WALKING TOUR with a mix of local transportations.
Jungle trekking is also the main activity provided in our activities.
STATUS: ACHIEVED!
2- Energy Management: Reduced to a minimum the electrical consumption
ACTION PLAN: All our office staff is now 100% working remotely.
No more long hours daily commute, no more centralised office with Aircon and lights on full time.
STATUS: ACHIEVED!
3 - Employee Well-being:: Improve work-life balance
ACTION PLAN: All our office staff is now 100% working remotely.
Working time is also minimised to necessity and goal effectively driven.
STATUS: ACHIEVED!
4 - Employee Well-being:: Product Familiarisation
ACTION PLAN: Every staff can travel around our destinations using our agent contract rates or asking for special staff discounted/free of charge rates in order to get familiar with our products.
STATUS: ACHIEVED!
5 - Employee Well-being:: staff training
ACTION PLAN: Every staff can join any training that can become an asset to the company who will sponsor entirely or partially according to each case.
STATUS: ACHIEVED!
Data Collection and Monitoring
Clients: Ask feedback to every single Client in their personal Whatsapp chat assistance group by sending the form regarding the services provided, and what should be improved
Employee: Ask feedback to every Employee annually by sending the form regarding what is working and what should be improved
Evaluation and Analysis
At the end of the year, we will gather all data and evaluate performance against the set KPIs and baseline data. Analyze trends and identify areas where goals were met or exceeded, and areas needing improvement.
Reporting and Communication
Every year we will prepare a clear and transparent annual sustainability report.
