Service Description

Enjoy panoramic and spectacular views of the unique limestone rock formations rising from the mangrove swamps and the seabed. These fascinating geological wonders have been given various names, such as Borobudur Temple, Elephant Rock, and Hanging Gardens. Explore the Gua Kelawar (Bat Cave) and immerse yourself in enchanting tales of mystery and romance. The tour also includes visits to open-sea fish farms and a special “eagle feeding” show, where the symbolic brown eagles of the island are attracted close to the boat with raw chicken. A typical journey begins at Kilim or Tg Rhu jetty, navigating through channels lined with mangrove trees, passing a cave, and finally reaching a larger bay where several large sailing boats from around the world are anchored in the protected bay. Some fish farms in the bay have become tourist attractions themselves, with fish now appearing more like pets than livestock destined for local restaurant tables. Note: Sunscreen, swimwear, non-slip footwear, drinking water, and towels are recommended.
