MATANG WILDLIFE CENTER TOUR & KUBAH PARK

Service Description

Departure in the morning from Kuching for a journey of about one hour to reach the Matang Wildlife Centre. This facility serves as a rehabilitation centre for animals that have been orphaned or rescued after being kept in captivity. Expert rangers focus on teaching the animals how to survive in the jungle. Walking along the centre’s trails, you may spot exotic wildlife such as orangutans, sun bears, civets, deer, butterflies, and many more. Continue to Kubah National Park, about 15 minutes away, and follow the trail leading to the waterfalls. After approximately 1.5 hours of trekking, enjoy a refreshing swim before heading back to the van and returning to Kuching. NOTE: Comfortable clothing, sports shoes, binoculars, insect repellent, waterproof jacket.
